Club 35 Zones

 

Club 35 provides a set of exercises that target all body muscles with engaging kickboxing, cardio, and cross-fit activities to achieve overall fitness in 35 minutes. The program has four different Zones with dedicated trainer specialized and experienced in the Zone’s specific exercises. Members will be training for 8 minutes in each Zone and have a rest for one minute between Zones
