Club 35 provides a set of exercises that target all body muscles with engaging kickboxing, dynamic cardio, and strength activities to achieve overall fitness in 35 minutes. The program consists of four different Zones with dedicated trainers specialized and experienced in the Zone’s specific exercises. Members will be training for 8 minutes in each Zone and have a rest for 75 seconds between the zones.
Warm up, cardio, and body weight exercises to build up stamina.
Combination of cross-fit, endurance, & boot-camp exercises.
A variety of punching bags to enhance kickboxing skills and kickboxing strength.
Coaching of kickboxing techniques and reactions with kickboxing trainer in a challenging & motivating boxing ring.
